This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as VISTONE CREATIVES.
We value every client and aim to deliver outstanding 3D services. However, due to the digital and customized nature of our work, specific refund conditions apply.
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
The project has not yet been started, and no resources have been used.
The client has made a duplicate payment by mistake.
The final delivery was not provided within the agreed timeframe (without valid reason or client delay).
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
Work has already begun or been completed
Client changes their mind after project initiation
Client fails to provide necessary details, feedback, or files on time
Dissatisfaction after receiving final approved artwork (since all projects include revisions before completion)
If you are not satisfied with the initial results, we provide multiple revisions as per your selected package to ensure your expectations are met before final delivery.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
