All prices are listed in USD. Full or partial payment must be made before project initiation.
We accept payments through secure gateways only. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a project timeline and delivery date.
Each service package includes a fixed number of revisions as specified. Additional revisions beyond that limit may require an extra fee.
Project delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the 3D artwork. Vistone Creatives strives to deliver projects on time, but unforeseen circumstances (technical issues or client delays) may affect timelines.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final rendered 3D files or artwork. However, Vistone Creatives retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We respect the privacy of our clients and their projects. Any information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for project purposes.
Vistone Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee that our digital content will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project if we believe it violates our policies or involves inappropriate, illegal, or unethical content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. legal jurisdiction.
